Custom Commission Deposit

Own a one-of-a-kind original fiber artwork created exclusively for you by Ashleigh Cochran Studio.

This $100 non-refundable deposit reserves your place on my commission schedule and begins the design process. Each commissioned piece is hand-stitched by Ashleigh using traditional needlepoint techniques and premium fibers, then professionally finished in a handcrafted pine floating frame.

Commissions may include abstract compositions, landscapes, botanicals, equestrian-inspired works, or custom concepts discussed during the design process.

Lead Time
Please allow approximately 4–6 months for completion. Every piece is stitched entirely by hand, and completion times may vary depending on size, complexity, and current commission volume.

How It Works

1. Purchase the $100 commission deposit to reserve your spot.
2. We will discuss your desired artwork, size, color palette, and subject matter via e-mail.
3. A preliminary sketch will be created for review and approval.
4. Once the sketch is approved, an invoice for the remaining balance of the artwork will be sent.
5. Work will begin once the invoice has been paid in full.
6. Upon completion, a separate invoice for shipping will be sent.

Shipping
All works are carefully packaged and shipped via USPS unless otherwise specified by the client. Shipping charges are not included in the artwork price and will be invoiced separately prior to shipment. Shipping costs vary based on artwork size, destination, insurance requirements, and current USPS rates.

• All artwork is handmade and created individually for each collector.
• Due to the handmade nature of each piece, slight variations may occur and are part of the uniqueness of the work.
